Question:  I can’t see in the schedule of where it mentions about the decorations to the side entrance porch internally and the timber doors there? have I missed this?

Answer:  The specification for the side entrance porch is not on the schedule of works – that is an error on our part.  We suggest you do not price for this in the tender or that is is clearly separated from the rest of the schedule.  We will ensure that this is picked up in the tender evaluations i.e. that we have a separate costing from all tenderers on this element of the project.
