The first hour of every session is either entertainment from a guest artist, a workshop session such as flower arranging or dance and movement, but may also be Art and Craft sessions, board and indoor games, etc.
The second hour is more informal with tea and cakes provided, time to chat, a raffle and the chance to win a small prize via a quiz. We also provide much useful information, including signposting useful contacts that can help members in many ways.
