Can you help deliver exciting new media projects in Liskeard?
Liskeard Arts and Media Body (LAMB) is being set up to deliver a range of media products focused on connecting and promoting the town and involving local people in production. A community journalism project supported by a grant from the Big Lottery Fund Awards for All will provide the initial funding for content and design. We also have support from a range of organisations in Liskeard. Until LAMB is established as an independant community business, Liskeard Town Council will act as the interim legal body.
Organisation with media expertise
We are looking for an organisation to provide brand guardianship and media expertise in relation to all LAMB products. The organisation will recruit and manage interns to carry out the work and will report to the LAMB board. We need someone to coordinate content and design for our media products, working with the media expert organisation, interns and community contributors and reporting to the LAMB board. The key elements of the role are building relationships with local people and organisations and managing the work plan and budgets. The initial contract will be £3,000 for 6 months.
